<i>Good Morning Readers,</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now you may have read the tittle and thought to yourself, '<i>What is he going on about?</i>'. Well, i've been after some nice new wrist accessories, but just without the whooping, heart attack price tags. This is where the Australian Company <a href="http://www.thepeachbox.com/" target="_blank">ThePeachBox</a> comes into the picture. They are located in Australia, but offer International shipping (to selected countries) and supply jewellery for that chic, modern and edgy customer. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've only had the chance to order one piece off them and haven't had the chance to take it off, it's become a permanent resident on my current wrist at this moment. What I ordered was the '<a href="http://www.thepeachbox.com/shop/twisted-nail-bangle-silver/" target="_blank">Twisted Nail Bangle</a>' which for those of you who know their high end jewellery, understand that an original cartier piece as such has a hefty price tag included. The shipping was around 3-4 days, where opening the parcel, there was a black box with the print 'ThePeachBox' in metallic silver font. Upon opening the box, the bracelet was within a small black drawstring bag. I almost forgot to mention, these accessories are <i>stainless steel</i>, which means that they don't rust under water! BONUS</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now this is the best part! The bracelet cost me <b>$30.60 with Free Delivery</b>. Cause, if you sign-up today to ThePeachBox's VIP Mailing List, you get not only 10% off your first purchase, but also Free Delivery. Pretty exciting news, right?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Whether you're after that <u>Kylie Jenner</u> cartier arm look? or just simply after something with a little edge, ThePeachBox is definitely the place to look into. Also, don't forget to have a look into their <a href="https://instagram.com/thepeachbox/" target="_blank">Instagram account</a> as they are currently holding an ultimate giveaway! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I'd love to hear what you guys purchased!</div>

<i>Hello Readers,</i><i></i></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So you may have read the tittle and wondered what this blog post is going to be about? So, as the tittle suggest, I've gone out and bought something new, which in the case today is a fragrance. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Dolce & Gabbana - Intenso</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm currently obsessed with Dolce & Gabbana fragrances and knew that this one had to be added to the collection. The scent reminds me of POUR HOMME, while they have similar characteristics, they are still very different. It's packaged in a dark velvet box, alongside the dark, gold lettered bottle definitely carries out an elegant appeal.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You really don't expect the scent to be so light as it's not expected from the dark rich colours, but it's really fresh and clean. Where the scents longevity is very good and as it dries down, the tobacco and woody notes begin to come through, creating an impressive scent.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-DJeOf4f0crM/VTe7-yVN1-I/AAAAAAAAAEo/bRVkHFqsH18/s1600/tumblr_nn4fiyOPwm1rx9zjto1_500.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-DJeOf4f0crM/VTe7-yVN1-I/AAAAAAAAAEo/bRVkHFqsH18/s1600/tumblr_nn4fiyOPwm1rx9zjto1_500.jpg" width="700px" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When it's cold outside, it's time to stay and play indoors. Since Australia has Netflix, going on a well deserved Netflix binge is more than acceptable, and i'll tell you something, enough is never enough! Cozying up in those comfortable PJ's with a nice cup of hot chocolate, what more could a person ask for?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Ok, so I'm not the most original person out there, just gonna admit it now, but you can never go wrong with watching what Netflix is recommending. It's always hard to find something new out there that makes your lips quiver or even tear jerk your mind, but in saying this, these are two shows that I've been watching that personally I enjoy. So here we go:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; line-height: 26px;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">•</span></span><span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;"> </span><i>Gossip Girl</i></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Manhattan's Upper East Side couldn't be anymore fascinating, full of scandals that Gossip Girl shares for the world's eye to read. This television series has many seasons to go through, so I suggest making quite a lot of time, for those who want to get into the series. Reaching Season Two has taken me quite a while, but man oh man, I could go through the night watching episode after episode. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: x-small; line-height: 26px;">• </span><i>Charmed</i></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It's a classic TV Series, that makes you wish you had magical powers. These three (four) sister's, the Charmed One's, use their powers to fight evil, day in and day out. With a total of 8 seasons, anyone who is going in for a marathon will need to get comfortable, overload on snacks and be ready for the time of your life.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Netflix is full of everything that your wildest dreams would think of, with me studying full time as well, I don't have a lot of time to marathon through Netflix as yet, but during the semester break i'll be taking full advantage of my Netflix subscription.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'd love to hear what you guys are watching</div>

We can all admit it, that life these day's is stressful. With constant struggle of growing up, moving out etc, life as we know it, never reflects the dream life. Moving on to where I thought i'd share a few tips that help me avoid that nagging old soul 'stress'. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<u>Goals</u></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I know this seems like the last thing that someone looking to reduce their stress levels would be appealed towards, but maintaining a goal and the gratitude that comes from the completion of a single goals, will boost anyone's self-esteem. It may be a small goal, for example, setting dates to get each part of your university assignment completed by, this as whole will let you think more about the dates you have set, so that you do not leave your whole assignment the day before its due.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Just remember to never set your goals out too big, as this will only cause you to constantly overthink your day and what more needs to be done, rather than pacing out time as it goes.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
What I personally find personally hand is a <a href="http://migoals.com/collections/2015-range/products/goals-book-mint-green" target="_blank">Goals book</a>, which is always a good way to keep all your goals, big or small, organised, where it shows you all your goals, completed or to be completed, within one area. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-q46-m0S6I5M/VTYlfUqmkvI/AAAAAAAAAEU/67o0hE5-CtY/s1600/925627_1412197575746448_433782543_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-q46-m0S6I5M/VTYlfUqmkvI/AAAAAAAAAEU/67o0hE5-CtY/s1600/925627_1412197575746448_433782543_n.jpg" width="700px" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<u><br /></u></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<u>Yoga</u></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Ok, so lately i've been going to weekly yoga classes and i've noticed such a difference in my stress levels. If you didn't already know, I'm currently studying my second year of my degree and also juggle a part-time job, squeezing in revision and assignments where possible. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
With yoga, its all about calming the mind, with meditation, I find that forming a programme aids in making sure that you've got the time of the day to complete a session of your own length. As yoga is a form of exercise, you are getting those endorphins to aid stress-relief and aid in mood. Giving your mind time off from thinking will ultimately reduce your stress levels.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<u>To Do List</u></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Think about that satisfaction you get when crossing an item off your to do list. Keeping a to do list, gives you the oppurtunity to create a balance in a busy schedule to see where you stand and what needs to be completed. A simple list and tick off system works for me, but some people might like to go out and buy notebooks that are 'to do list' themed, whatever the case, it's what you personally prefer. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Now the secret is, never start your to do list with big or heavy tasks, that being like 'Read the whole Harry Potter Collection', start with smaller tasks, such as creating a category for an assignment, then underneath listing the tasks that need to be completed, where you can tick off and see how far you are into the task, rather than just labelling it 'university assignment' and then having to complete the whole assignment and tick it off when completed. The idea of creating sub-categories, gives you the peace of mind that you are at least moving towards completing a task that you are working on. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<i>I'd love to hear from you guys if you are using any of these tools, but also if you've got any strategies that you personally use and find useful?</i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-csnVV32UKKY/VSOeC8o40LI/AAAAAAAAABY/mZPsTXheJUk/s1600/stamp.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="50" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-csnVV32UKKY/VSOeC8o40LI/AAAAAAAAABY/mZPsTXheJUk/s1600/stamp.png" width="200" /></a></div>

<br />Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09424037533199870707noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-363612862589039198.post-11896898023090725842015-04-16T08:25:00.000-07:002015-05-15T06:27:50.101-07:00What's Involved In A Successful Market Stall?<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
With the daily grind of hoarded wardrobes (definitely in my case), I regularly find myself rotating my clothes. That I rely a lot on fashion-specific markets.</div>
<br />
These markets are where people far and wide, come to sell anything from a classic tea cup to Ralph Lauren. People attending these markets are after anything - for a bargain.<br />
<br />
Some markets that I've sold at are:<br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Camberwell Market ($60 for a stall space)<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Wantirna Trash and Treasure ($40 for a stall space)<br />
<br />
Saying that, just because you are selling to the targeted market, that doesn't mean that you've made the most that you can, these simple tips can help maximise any market stall.<br />
<br />
With making those $$$ at markets, by putting some time and effort into preparation - I never leave with less than $350<br />
<br />
<i>So, based on my own observations of being a fashion market junkie, I have created a checklist for anyone who is about to undergo their own fashion market stall.</i><br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>1. </b> <b>The Down Low</b><br />
<br />
<div>
The days leading up to the Market Day, you should get the following together and ready to go:<br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Sewing kit, just something small with: clips, safety pins etc...<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Cash for a float, usually I bring $20 in $1 coins & $50 in $5 notes<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>A calculator<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>A box to hold your cash<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Notepad and pen<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Plastic bags, customers tend to buy more when they know they can put their purchases in bag that you provide<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Water and small snacks, you usually don't get time to buy food as people walk around markets from open to close<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Folding chairs unless provided<br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;">• </span>Full length mirror</div>
<div>
<div>
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
<b>2.</b> <b>Pricing and Categorising</b> </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I like to go to the local $2 shop and buy plain white tags. This adds that professional look, as most people expect to see prices either tagged on individual items or signs to guide them as to what the price would or could be.<br />
<br />
Having the individual prices on items, people tend to feel more comfortable "bargaining" and also it lets people load up on items they can see are already to their bargain prices.<br />
<br />
<b> 3. Socialising</b><br />
<br />
When you walk into a store and the person working ignores you, how does that make you feel?<br />
<br />
Making your customers be aware that you are there to help, lets them not hesitate to ask questions. Even a simple "hello", or "how are you", engages with the customer, welcoming them to spend more time browsing, rather than brushing your stall off.<br />
<br />
<b> 4. Merchandising</b><br />
<br />
Presentation is everything, let's say someone wants a red t-shirt, having an organised stall makes it easier for that person to find that red t-shirt. Chances are that if they can't find what they want, then why should they stay?<br />
<br />
My racks, are coloured coordinated, the clothes are clean, individually tagged and all hanged on the same colour coat hanger (wooden hangers normally pull of a more professional look).<br />
<br />
The amount of people that randomly, hang un-ironed clothing on wire coat hangers, through anything into tubs and don't label their stall, tend to be the sellers that try to clear everything at $1 at the end of the day and still leave the market with over 70% of what they bought in to sell.<br />
<br />
Also another successful tip would be to organise your items in categories. I put my jacket's & jumpers on racks, fold t-shirts and lay them out on a table and place shoes under a table on a shoe rack.<br />
<br />
P.S. It pays to have a table cloth over your trestle table and small accessories to add personality to your stall.<br />
<br />
<b> 5. Patience & Flexibility</b><br />
<br />
People don't come to markets to pay full price, its all about the bargain - so be prepared.<br />
<br />
When someone buys two or more items, I tend to offer a discount (people spend more, when they feel as though they are being offered a special discount)<br />
<br />
However, you've started this day with the main goal of coming home with an empty car!<br />
<br />
Perhaps i'll offer a $5 discount on all jackets for an hour, creating a sense of urgency. This always gets more people into the stall, with a higher interest in everything that i've got to sell.<br />
<br />
<i>Never let someone come over and get their way, always make sure that you never sell an item that you know has value for a desperate price. </i><br />
<br />
Have you got any handy tips? or even some questions, I'd love to hear from you guys<br />

I'm on holidays just for the Easter Break and i've decided to spice up my decor around my room. Let me just say that Kikki-k is always my first stop, when it comes down to finding clean and crisp designs to compliment my workspace. There's always some tips that help me decide on how my workspace will look like, so lets begin.</div>

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<b>1. KEEP IT SIMPLE;</b> this means staying to a colour/tone theme. Have a little fun with this one, nothing says more about yourself than the colours that surround you through each and every day. </div>

<b>2. SIZING;</b> I know that sometimes during retail therapy that you just buy each and every object that your eyes glance upon, but when it comes to creating that glorious workspace that will inspire you to work on each day, it comes down to the sizes of what you are purchasing. No one wants a workspace that they can't work on, so make sure that you are buying objects that compliment the size of your desk.</div>

<b>3. CATEGORIES;</b> let's say that you buy a magazine holder, two small boxes, a picture frame and a cup holder. When it comes to categories you are looking to place these objects in an order that will make them suit one another. Beginning with placing objects that relate to another, rather than randomly placing them in an unorganised fashion. Where using the technique about, we also want the size the objects, so that they appeal to the eye and create a great flow within the workspace. Starting with the Magazine holder, then maybe placing the small boxes upon each other, where moving onto the cup holder and then the picture frame. Understanding that the picture frame isn't related to the other objects, that's why it is placed at the end of the workspace. </div>

These are just my little tips on what to look out for when creating or even renovating your workspace. I'd love to know where you guys shop and any tips that you have when creating your workspace. </div>
